ABSTRACT:
This 7 page paper looks at a case study regarding a plant that had not hired many black workers. They are required to place fifty percent of black workers in a new program designed for 13 employees, but it seems that most of the white workers have seniority. Because seniority is supposed to be considered as well, how can the firm adequately choose? The case is evaluated and recommendations made. Bibliography lists 3 sources.
